International Shipping

Orders that are shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country, as well as delivery delays due to required customs clearance procedures. As the recipient of an international shipment you may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Returns

If the item has a manufacturing defect, please return it to us for a full refund or a replacement anytime during the lifetime of the product.

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, less the shipping charges. Items with a value of $75 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.

Buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs (including outbound costs associated with any promotions). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Working Hard products purchased from other retailers follow the return policy of that retailer.

Delays in products that have shipped

Once we have fulfilled an order, and it is with the shipper, we no longer have control over shipping times. Please contact the shipper directly with your tracking number for delivery updates.
