Sonder is a hospitality company that combines the best of hotels with the feel of a private apartment. They provide short and long term accommodations with 24/7 digital support support in 39 cities worldwide.
Sonder needed a comprehensive welcome package that would work in all of their current and future units. In lieu of a formal concierge experience, the welcome package needed to provide all necessary information for the guest upon entering the space. With the diversity of cities and amenities offered at each Sonder, the welcome package needed to be modular and flexible so that content could easily be mixed-and-matched and templated for single language, bilingual, and trilingual formats.
